Do you ever forget that you just exist

not going to lie I kind of forget sometimes that I exist- weird analogy I guess or whatever but I kind of forget that I'm not like a npc and I have like he needs that I need to take care of. I'm doing better I think! I do feel crazy of feeling like this though sooooooooooo anyone else having that problem?
