You can get a really nice look with just a brow pencil, a neutral eyeshadow palette, mascara, and maybe a contour or cool-toned brown shade if u have one. Focusing on straighter brows, subtle contour around the jaw or nose, and keeping the eyes a little softer can make a big difference without needing a full makeup collection
Also, YouTube has some amazing tutorials specifically for budget androgynous makeup, there are lots of creators who show looks using just a handful of affordable products
