Driving, Should everyone be allowed?

Okay, This is gonna come from a place of bias considering I myself, at my grown age, still do not drive. However, from pure observation and countless times I've sat in the driver seats with tons of friends- Here's what I have to complain about, Some people, despite being old and having been driving for who knows how long, simply don't know how to drive!! and of course, I'm aware this depends on where people live. But if you're like me, and you were born and raised in a big city, the amount of times you question why a person is on the road is astonishing. I'm a firm believer of it being required for people at least over the age of 70 to have their drivers license suspended until they get it renewed. What do you guys think?
