Dying my hair!!!

I really wanna dye my hair but im torn between blue, green, purple and pink and just going one solid color. But because i have textured hair it's going to look so different when i straighten it so im so lostttt!! I also have no clue what color i actually want to dye my hair yet and i really need help choosing. But does picking loads of colors really matter if it's just going to be in pigtails or a ponytail the entire time? It's not like i ever even wear my hair down loll.
