Does anybody else feel so embarrassed when they take photos of themselves or any photo of themselves in general? I see a lot of people on this website or any social media app in general & I can not help but feel so out of place when it comes to people's confidence. Sometimes I feel I am way too ugly to even consider posting myself! I posted one photo either to try and over come that, and it just made me more embarrassed. Like:"Oh, everyone can see me! This is so stupid! It is such a dumb photo, too!"
I couldn't even go to sleep last night because of it. I am not phishing for pity, I promise, but I just want to know if anybody really does feel this way. ( ;´ - `;)

I generally hate taking photos of myself. I'm sorry you experience this stress too. I really don't know how to help you here... I tried, just like you, but I often hated myself even more and thoughts were louder lol...I hope you find solutions... But know that your loud thoughts are not the truth. These are just internal issues that you seem to need to work on.
