I feel horrible, I feel like a disgusting pig, I ate two big plates of pasta with tomato sauce and when I went to the kitchen to check there were no more trash bags. It's like I can feel the fat twisting inside me, like worms, now all I can do is exercise and hope it was enough.

Im being insulting because you’re promoting something incredibly dangerous on a website with a bunch of kids, whether it’s intentional or not. If youre genuinely struggling, im sorry you’re going through that and as someone who’s recovered, it’s the best thing u can do. But regardless of what u choose, you have no right to push that kind of thinking towards others
