I love being able to give gifts, whether it's to my boyfriend or a friend. Since our one-month anniversary with my bf i have given him a gift, but now that we've been together for over a year, it's quite difficult to find a nice idea on Pinterest or TikTok (something that uses materials I already have).(。ᵕ ◞ _◟)
Over time, I've realized that giving a letter to our loved one has lost much of its meaning. Many people think a letter is too outdated for this era. Many feel that simply making a Spotify playlist is enough to show affection (a playlist they'll then share with their other partners) I know music is a lovely way to show love, but don't you think it's better to do something unique for the person we love? Something that can't be given to anyone else, something with a unique meaning.
Many people believe that a gift they made thinking of someone else can be recycled and given to someone else, but those words don't belong to that person, or they use chatbots or some AI. Many justify this by saying they "aren't creative," failing to realize that to express feelings, you don't need a structure or a foundation; you only need memories and those thoughts that make you sigh for someone. Using AI is truly a way of betraying someone. ՞߹ - ߹՞
Loving someone isn't about who gives the most elaborate or expensive gift. It's about showing them why you love them, what you love about them, and how you feel when you see them. It doesn't matter if it's a simple, small, or elaborate gesture. My main point is to give a gift that's for that person and only that person, not something we can reuse every time we start a new relationship.✎ᝰ.
