I think my problem is that I kinda want to do everything and that's stopping me from doing anything. I've seen a thousand videos about it and gotten more advice than I needed and nothing really sticks but I'm scared to fail and I'm scared to be nothing. but idk I tend to be really optimistic which contradicts an entire slice of my personality. some part of me wants to give up art, and film, and creation and just wants to ball up and die and the other parts are screaming that I CAN do it all I just have to get out of my head even this blog I mean are you kidding? i didn't want to walk to room but I can adjust my position to one more comfortable to type in, and type a blog that strangers I don't know are going to see? I feel like I blinked and everyone expects an adult now but no ones taught me anything I don't know anything, I still can't drive and I have to beg multiple days in a row for them to take me to drive. I mean whatever I'll figure everything out eventually.
I'm also kinda upset because I've been writing this story but then I lost motivation and now it's just sitting there.

hey girl, i can totally relate to wanting to do everything but feeling so much pressure and not doing anything. i think we put a lot of pressure on ourselves to be perfect and the best that we can forget that its not about that. we should be able to experience what we want without the fear of failing and even if we do, thats a normal part of life. were not meant to be the best at everything. not everything is for us and i think thats so important to understand before judging yourself too hard. the struggle with wanting to give up yet wanting to do it all is a never ending battle i have also struggled with. it almost feels like nothing is worth it that much so why even try.
as far as going into adulthood, i guess i dont have much experience with that because i did leave my home as soon as i graduated high school. i got to grow up alone and that has ups and downs. everyone expected a lot out of me because i was by myself figuring out life but i couldnt shake the feeling that i had no clue what i was doing. i think having people who are going through the same thing was very helpful because, yes, we were all lost but at least we were going through it together. you find your village and push through the hard times.
