my mom today apparently got drunk, my dad found out by looking inside the bin because he was suspecting and he started fighting with her, my mom is drunk and my dad is mad :/

I’m really sorry you had to experience that. :( It’s such a horrible feeling when your parents are fighting, especially when you’re stuck in the middle and there’s nothing you can really do to fix it.
I hope things calm down soon and that you’re okay. Take care of yourself, and remember that it’s okay to feel upset or overwhelmed when stuff like this happens<33

There's not much I can really say to try to make you feel any better. Just try to stay in your room and blast music in your ears to get away from it.
