what sort of absolute muppet decides that after scoring 1-0 55 minutes into a 90 minute game against a team that is WELL KNOWN for making a bullshit comeback in the last 10 minutes of the game
i can't even blame anyone but england for this one, yes argentina was very violent, bringing that falklands energy, but there was no cheating, no hand of god, i doubt it was rigged but even if it was, this was still thomas the tank engine's fault, taking anthony gordon off almost instanlty after they scored
with that said
WORLD CUP 2030 ITS COMING HOOOOMMMEEEE!!!!!

2030 is too far fetched to look forward to at the moment. LOL XD
We're still halfway in 2020's.
GOAT
did you hear that downing st wants fifa to investigate argentina
after their political banner waving post victory
honestly how long have the falklands been a british sovereignty now
its gotta be close to 200 years now surely
LET IT GO ARGENTINA OMGGGGGGG
your comment alone just upsets me, how are we supposed to let it go when people are still saying things like this, lol.
nobody is going to forget all the -18 years old boys who didn´t return home.

did you know that the falkland islands were completely uninhabited prior to british discovery and colonialism and that the falklands war (which was absolutely terrible and awful btw) was instigated by uhhhhh
oh yeah argentina
they've held this petty grudge for years
anyway point is that the football pitch is for sports
not for political soapboxing
which im fairly sure contravenes the fifa rulebook tbh

yes bc we consider them our territory. it's not just "politics" to us, it's a historical and emotional issue. whether it's a football match or not doesn't make a difference. x

thing is, there's a time and a place for everything
the football pitch isn't a pulpit for espousing fervent politiguff
it's just a football pitch, where ppl kick a ball about for 90 mins
