So I listen/play metalcore, deathcore, hardcore, basically insert adjective core and I listen to it, and want to form bands with people with similar taste. But my town is just full of capitalist senior citizens and there's barely anywhere I can meet people that have the same taste as mine that isn't hot topic or Spencers (barely). Yeah, I get involved in my local scene, I get along with the people there, but it's an hour drive away from me and I get really nervous trying to find musicians and going up to people. Now that I'm typing all this out, I don't think I mind being in a band with a decentralized location. Basically, I don't care about location anymore, I just want to make music. If anyone is willing to do something musically together, I'm up for it. Sorry if this is kinda poorly written.

Okay well for starters you sound like awesome sauce. And you could print fliers? All you need is canva and a printer or maybe just draw on a couple papers if you don't have a printer,hang them up with something to contact you on whenever you go to the place that's an hour away with the local scene? And on the fliers you can put what you're looking for:) state if its just for fun or if money will be involved but I think a lot of kids like you would do it for fun tbh,being in a band is so cool! I'd learn guitar again if i wasn't so impatient and weak when it came to building calluses. But it sounds fun to manage all of it and be in the band in general! Good luck:))
