Ive been recently realizing just how bad my doomscrolling and phone addiction is. Ive been looking into getting a Nokia-style flip phone to help combat this, but my only thing is ik ill miss Insta and my friends on there. I just want to know how different a flip phone, modern or otherwise, is compared to today's Androids and iPhones.

i would say that is majorly different cuz i had a nokia flip back in like winter ( have a different brand now cuz my nokia got lost) for example if we are talking about the nokia ones the browser barley works you can search up sum basic stuff but most of the websites barley work and there's also the fact that you can't download any apps whatsoever ypu get some features and you have to live with those features. it s not hard whatsoever to get used to if you already know the basics of t9 texting
i totally would recommend getting a flip phone if this is something you wanna do more in the long run cause its still something you spend money on and it would be bad to spend money on something that you aren't gonna use that much
