How do i start talking to someone im interested in?

I've been texting with a girl from another class and we like eachothers insta Story's but we never talked in rl.

I dont know how to start talking to her.

I want to be friends with her so baaad, what do i do???

I have zero to no experience with stuff like this but I recommend trying to find a mutual interest to start talking on that helped me a lot tbh
