Happy Sunday
Sundays look a little different around here.
As a wife and mom of three, they're rarely quiet. There are dishes that somehow multiplied overnight, laundry waiting to be folded, lunches to think about for the week ahead, and a baby who always seems to know the exact moment I finally sit down.
But I've learned something over the years: not every Sunday has to be perfectly productive.
Sometimes the best thing you can do is enjoy a slow morning, laugh with your kids, watch a movie together, take a walk, or simply sit with a cup of coffee while the house is still waking up.
Motherhood can make us feel like we always have to be doing something. We carry the mental load, the schedules, the appointments, and everyone else's needs. It's easy to forget that we need a moment to breathe too.
So today, give yourself a little grace.
The laundry can wait another hour. The house doesn't have to be spotless. Your worth isn't measured by how much you cross off your to-do list.
Spend time making memories. Hug your family a little longer. Text a friend you've been meaning to check on. Sometimes the smallest moments become the ones we remember most.
As we head into a new week, remember that you don't have to have everything figured out. Just take it one day at a time, celebrate the little wins, and know that you're doing better than you think.
From one mom to another—and from my family to yours—I hope your Sunday is filled with peace, laughter, and a little time for yourself.
Happy Sunday. ❤️

I really needed this reminder today. 🖤 It's so easy to feel like you have to be productive every second, but slowing down and just enjoying the little moments is important too. Wishing you and your family a peaceful Sunday and a great week ahead. 💜✨
I hope you do as well!!! ❤️

I'm just living in my apartment with my boyfriend and my cat I'm not a mom or married or anything. I work so much and my boyfriend works a lot more than I do. I find that our apartment gets so messy and there's so many things to do. Dishes are everywhere, trash and clothes on the floor and in the bathroom and I'm tripping over shoes.😭 You are so right. I try to take my Sundays to chill and I felt so comforted reading this. Thank you!
Anytime!!! ❤️❤️
