Can we talk about how weird it is that straight women are so obsessed with bl, yaoi, and gay men? Let's be honest, whenever it's flipped like when straight men talk about how hot they find lesbians and when they find a way to sexualize any lesbian relationship, people can recognize that it's weird. So why do straight women think that they can do the same thing but towards gay men but it's ok?? Just because you aren't a man, doesn't make it any less predatory to sexualize gay relationships.
They don't just keep it in their heads either, anything I see about Stranger Things or Alien Stage or any show that has a popular bl ship people go screaming about yaoi the SECOND one of those characters is mentioned instead of engaging in actual discourse.
It's gotten to the point where it looks more like harassment too, especially with that "computah" trend on TikTok.

One time during work this racist and overall problematic girl was like "Oh my god.. (male worker) and (other other male worker) can get together!" While literally the entire team was present, including those two people.. I wanted to throw my water at her face but I just glared instead.
