Can someone explain to me the concept of racism? Like literally.
We're all born equal. We go out of the womb of our mothers, some cry, some don't but this doesn't men that we're THIS different. Some are born white, some are born with a caramel skin, some are born with very pale skin and some are born black. Does this mean that we're different? NO. So explain to me why there is some people that decided that black = filthy and poor? That white was THE colour to be? That reducing black people into slavery was a good idea? Not only black people, people that were not white.
Racism is an ideology. You cannot be born racist, you learn to be racist. How can a parent... teach his/her child to not love his neighbour? "If he's/she's white it's okay but black a big no" like da hell? In what world we live in? Did you know that (quick parenthesis) apparently, i'm not saying that it is true, there were no black girls on J. Epstein island because he did not like them? Yeah. I'm not saying that we should've been on this island, i'm glad we didn't (if it's true) but this shows that we're never considered as the first choice and that is a poor truth. Everytime i fell in love with a person, i'd have to think if he liked black girls. "No sorry, I don't date black girls" that's the answer i never wanted to have.
Racism is deeply rooted on this society. More in the States but in Europe too. People, all around the world, still face racism like the Uyghurs, Native Americans, Palestinians people... There's more of course but this are the few that I founded in my head. If we think about it... Racism is born with this world. Slavery was still practiced back then in Antique Greece, in the Roman Empire because people were not like them. So they'd put them into slavery. Racism is a very complex ideology and i cannot grasp his entire existence. But all I can say about that is that this ideology is fcked up.
To all you racist people, hope you can think about it do a little soul-searching within yourselves. May God Bless y'all tho.

I'm gonna try to xplain why people are racist, as someone who has been raised in such household, but actively silently denied it.
It seems to be based on predjustices people had about people of different races based on their mere first impressions seeing them. Maybe something about their culture like "Eww those people have beads, ewww they have jewelry pushed through their skin!!!" *Also wears beads and piercings some years later* or maybe they do not find certain biological characteristics attractive and therefore just selfishly decide all of these people are bad.
Or maybe they've just been traditionally taught racism over the years in their family and cling close to that. None of those are valid or rational but that's as far as I can try to understand what all those selfish people reason their wrongdoings with.

People are "scared" or dislike what's different from them and what they are not used to. Not only in racism but also homophobia or simply judging people for looking or behaving differently. Broadening the mind, to educate yourself on "different" things and to learn that we're all the same in the end, is more difficult than to respond with repulse and hate, and people always go for the most easy and convenient way.
Also people (and politics!!) love to find groups of people to make them the enemy and blame them for everything wrong, rather than finding true roots of problems and doing something against it.
Also also we built a society with stupid rules you have to follow to be a normal and good citizien and also a picture of what's a good life, and "different" people don't fit into that picture and other cultures have other customs that don't align with the perfect white people behavior. These norms have become so important that it's only appropriate to be shocked about it.
