ok so yesterday I was hanging out w my friend and like we had a sleepover bc my ma had to work so I just went over my friends house and she got bangs and idk how to tell her they need to get fixed bc i like being nice i hate being mean but I'm afraid for her to start school looking like that bc she bleached her hair so very little of it fell out but it did fall out in the front so the face framing pieces look so uneven and she is such a beautiful girl I'm not writing this to bash her I love her but idk and I told her that they were a lil uneven and she couldn't see where they were uneven and everyone is hyping her up w them so maybe there is just something wrong w me idk > _ <

Maybe you just didn't like how it looked while for others it looked good.
But yeah, you could say it in a calm respectful manner and say for you it kinda looked uneven
I don't see you being mean on it.
