School is lame in the south..

I just moved from the west coast to the south after living in the west for my entire life and the change is unreal.. This is such a bible written state like not being Christian is unacceptable and saying any and I mean any cuss word is like you killed someone. My old school didn't have uniform and students were more independent. everyone was responsible for going to class by themselves like a regular high school should be. At the school I go to now in the south, its like your back at kindergarten. You have to wear a ugly uniform, we can't have our phones at all not even in our pockets, we are forced to go straight to breakfast then to class we can't stop and talk to friends or even wait outside for friends before going into school. We have a designated lunch time during 3rd period where your teacher has to take the whole class and you have to eat lunch with your class and go to THE BATHROOM with your class and don't get me started on the bus... Theres a girls side and a boy's side and you can't even choose where you want to sit. School feels like prison. Their worried about the wrong things when they should be worried about preparing us for college instead of holding our hands every second of the day. The people here all grew up with each other for their whole lives and it makes it hard to make friends because people aren't open minded. Im glad another new kid came to school so I could have atleast one good friend. I really just want to go home.
