Okay so Hey guys! I'm interested i'm becoming Emo/scene, a mix of both tbh.

I don't know how and where to start :((
My mom only buys off fast-fashion, and i don't have enough money myself to buy my own clothes.
There's no thrift store near my place and i can't go out of my city.
I'm just doomed guys help ..

You can start with your hair, especially since it's the signature look for both subs. Whether it's straight, wavy, curly or coily, a side-swept fringe is easy to do, even without hairspray. :3 Since you don't have many options, there's no harm in wearing fast fashion brands, especially when some people shop at charity shops or jumble sales and are still completely consumerist.

You could try recommending reseller apps 2 her like vinted or depop, there's scenemo stuff on there. Also ik ross has some suuuper cool clothes 4 good prices, so you could ask her to take u there one day^_^

im not really scene/emo but you can definitely customize your clothes by altering them or sewing a whole new shirt! or just sewing on charms and paint on your clothes??
