I moved to another state with my family, and I'm basically just couch surfing until I can move into my college dorm. What should I get, though? I bought myself a filtered water pitcher and some other essentials, but I also want to get other items that could help make my dorm a bit more enjoyable. I'm kinda just ready to get out of here, I know life on my own will be new and tough but I'm tired of having to look over my shoulder 24/7

you could get a blender for smoothies and stuff, since its a great way to stay hydrated and get your vitimins, and also try getting dim lamps to not hurt your eyes late at night, also a minifridge might be nice for drinks if your dorm doesnt have a big kitchen!

get cute led lights, a lamp, desk hutch, and posters!! if you're lofting your bed, an ottoman is useful (and u can hide stuff inside shhh) (￣▽￣)ノ a small rug is also nice to have for decoration. living on ur own is tough but it's fun in the end. good luck!! (≧◡≦)
Omg I never thought of an ottoman!! I will def look into tysm!! :DDD, my roomie just got us a rug so hopefully that makes it more cozy
