Hello all!! I'm trying to find people either getting into Orthodox Christianity or who are already involved in the faith to chat and be friends with, especially other women! I'm not devoting my entire life to Orthodoxy per-say, but I agree with their teachings and interpretations more than any other denomination and just wanted to get some perspectives on it and learn with others :3

Why you want to have friends same religion is stupid
I don't have any issues about that.
But honestly Religious Discussions tend to stir up some toxicity on the internet.
Which is what I'm quite anxious about.
I've seen some and it's quite chaotic.

Most of time religions in internet are annoying in comments when there nothing about religions ,or same comments ,give same argument no one wants to hear . I am not religions I have friends religion, and aren't annoying don't talk about their religion only if there is topic .

Why do you feel the need to be rude? I have friends of all kinds except for what I'm interested in. I'd like to find some with similarities. Nothing wrong with that.

You not only said, from what I can gather, that being friends with someone of the same religion is stupid, you also went on to complain about religion on a religious post. I don't ever want to fight anybody on it or convince people to believe in it, but for someone complaining about religion being brought up in comments when it's not relevant, you sure are bringing up irrelevant things right now. It comes across as rude.

And religion people specific Christians are most annoying online is fact .

But then my point I'm making is that I'm quite anxious about bringing religion here because for some reason it gets toxic and stressful just like Political Discussion.
But yeah not sure if there are here but hopefully you'll find one.

@Cysper04 Thank you!! I absolutely understand not wanting to bring up religion, it does get people a little hostile..as seen above. But I do hope people know I in no way intend to fight people on the topic of religion, and others should have the same mindset. People should be able to mention their beliefs without others getting up in arms about it, from all sides of the aisle. I am new to the site so I was trying to respond to theduelist ^^; Apologies for the confusion.
