It's the first day of the whole "only watching DVD and trying to somewhat avoid social media" thing/experiment. It's actually going well so far! I haven't opened Instagram or YouTube at all. Coming to this site is the first social media I've interacted with all day.
When I was trying not to scroll, I was so bored I picked up and browsed through a book. Maybe over time I'll start actually reading in the mornings.
