there are many tools to help with crafting pages using css
inspect mode is probably the most invaluable of them all

you should learn to code! html and css are regarding as one of the easiest coding languages ^_^ it will take a little while to be fully proficient, but its very worth it! you can create a site thats fully yours! :D
