Just a vent

I genuinely do not want to do anything with anyone anymore. So one of my friends has been in a relationship for a little less time than me and basically barely knew the guy then started dating them(literally talked a day started dating then basically maybe after a week or two started doing stuff). I have been dating my boyfriend for 5 months and we had a somewhat traumatic first time cause it felt right but we rushed it whatever. So I asked her to not be spreading that shit cause yeah I did that but I’m not just some easy girl yk. She basically slut shamed me and now I feel like everyone knows and now I’m disgusting. She’s been doing stuff long before me but says I have no self respect and that my boyfriend is immature. He’s a teen boy and we’re in the same grade, her bf is in 7th grade and both her and him are immature. I feel very disrespected but I don’t know if I should say something cause I’m worried it will make everyone hate me.
