I'm 15 and my younger sister is 11. She's struggled with following after school routines and shes been doing well as of late.
Except, she still takes forever and whenever I try to redirect her she starts yelling at me and I tend to want to curse her out.
Also she refuses to bathe for some odd reason?

Sounds like a typical moody 11 year old. I know it's ammoying, and not very kind, but at the age of 11 is when big emotions start hitting.
It's important to be a role model, remind them that yelling is not the answer and that you're just trying to help.
From one older sibling to another, I know it's difficult but they will grow out of it. It just takes time and lots of patience.
