Why Countries needed good governance

So I am sharing my experience here. Apparently our country has a problem with corrupt politicians 2 years ago until now, and most people in other city has a problem with floods going inside their home and I blame it on the corrupt politicians here in the Philippines. Because why the project they proposed like flood control still aren't resolved like it just became a ghost project. They said with flood control, most people living in a most flooded area will stop the flooding once they finish it. Until now that project still aren't built.

And our President proposed that our country will be having a pax silica located in luzon part or idk, and im addressing it because pax silica and ai are bad in our environment especially people who are still taking advantage of using ai. Our country faces a lot of debt from the world bank and now they want to build pax silica? How ridiculous. And one of the newscast ask the vice president if she knew about the pax silica, and her response was "no comment" I mean wdym no comment you should know about this because pax silica is a harm to our environment and you don't have any comment abt it? Lol.
