Everyone has ups and downs in life. I was one of the best in the world until a series of unfortunate events almost killed me in many ways.
With social media you only often see the highlights of everyone's life. Even in the smiling photos most of the time they aren't actually really that happy during that event.
The only person you should compare yourself to is who you were yesterday, focus on improving and learning, growing, and helping others and you will find purpose, energy, and happiness. When you do that life seems to come back around to help you, though it's often not instant and it can be hard to see from your myopic view in the fog of war so to speak.
I physically can't express how much I love your mindset and how much it actually just opened my eyes
