Like i said that my ex accused me of being racist over something i didnt even say pkay wtv and i told that my therapist and she said ''im kind of racist... like the whole islam thing scares me...'' (like okay i can get it but its the religion's fault for being the way it is, not necessary the people) and then she said ''when i was in englamd with my brother i was scared of all the blacks and it took some courage to get used to it'' bitch? Fym? Like girlie i like you please dont? Like you can feel unsafe in certain places especially from what i've heard england isnt the safest but let's not blame one race for it? What?

genuinely WTF?! Can she technically even say things like that? I know teacher can't/shouldn't express their views in political context, so shouldn't that be forbidden for her to? in my opinion it's great that your not exposed to someone views so you're not brain washed from early ages of your life, and i think it should be some kind of law that forbids terapist to do that too. For me speaking your political opinions on therapy is even worse than in schools cause there's a lot emotions involved so it can be easier to manipulate someone. I'm not saying she did/would do that but i don't think she should even do what she did. Saying that your scared of another race in a longer run can cause a lot of demage for person with, for example: bad social anxiety. You can share your "fears" with them which will be no god for that person.

i hate it, why is it so hard for people to see us as human and as an individual just because of our skin color?

People are usually racist because of some sort of propaganda they've been fed.
Then again saying "We come to countries for total peace for a better quality of life" is a subjective statement. Not all people have the same intentions.
If one immigrant commits a crime I don't think all immigrants should have hatred bestowed upon them.
Humans, period, are, and have always been violent; the british empire, the ottomans, the mongolians, the aztects, etc; whether it was through wars or any other means of violence.
I think the biggest issue (besides propaganda) would be culture clashes. If you import many different cultures to a country with differing values and understanding of the world you're bound to have problems especially if those values are polar opposites.
Humans are tribal and so they like to protect what's theirs; land, family, values. Whatever worldview or beliefs they have.
Be a kind person and that's it.
Conversations can change peoples perspective and I think talking to people and finding common ground with people who have completely different understandings of the world is a positive thing whether you disagree with them or not.
