A purse, a bag, call it what you will. But a purse is more than just a fashion statement, it’s carrying your home with you. It carries everything you need, when you’re in need. Whether it’s a lipgloss, book, or a band aid, a purse has got your back.
A purse is a small haven of comfort. Although you can’t walk into it and lay down, it can make you feel like you have everything you need in one spot.
But aside from necessities and comfort, a purse is a form of self expression! You can show people who you are, what you want, and what you stand for. Want to show people you support a certain cause? Put pins on your bag! Want to show people little things about yourself? Add keychains! The possibilities are endless!
Cute bags, ugly bags, small bags, or big bags, your bag is the bag for you!

If I'm not mistaken, capitalism came up with purses to convince women they needed to make an extra purchase just to carry their things around, instead of just making women's clothing with proper pockets like men get. Anyway, there's something very comforting about having a purse, a big backpack (even if you don't actually need to store much in it) and lugging it around everywhere even more lol

It must be because 'Bag' is the name of a style of trousers worn by tramps, and skaters, not that there's much difference between them (jus' kidding)
