Social constructs and interacting with people freak me out. Eye contact is gross and I can't tell if people are nice or being fake. Ugh my brain hurts

literally SAME. figuring ppl out was way easier when i was younger and wasn't so self....aware...now i'm hyper-conscious and idk what to do anymore LMAO
The self aware part makes it so much harder than it should be. Its the worst knowing that you interact with people differently and you cant do anything about it
