last weekend was a video gameee XD

my weekend was so awesome it is insane. my best friend had her 18th birthday party (WOOHOO maytailz love u) i got to meet all her lovely, kind and cool friends and hang out with my pals and it was just so good. the dress up theme was video game characters (ahhaha get the title now?) and i went as gary smith from the 2006 rockstar game bully!!! aka the best thing mankind has ever shit out of its butt. anyway it was fun. i couldnt tell if i was drunk or just really really tired or both. 

the next day, saturday, we all ate a massive fast food breakfast it was the fucking best. i lowkey accidentally stole my friend's mum's frappe because i thought it was abandoned (dw i put it back nonchalantly when she went looking for it) me and the same pal went to our first local gig together in like a YEAR at the same place we went to last time and oh em gee. amazing fun time for shore. i even relistened to one of the band's albums to prepare.

it was an emo "revival" show if thats wat u call it... #emoisNOTdead!! i am planning on getting more into screamo and post hardcore because i think that is what i rlly like. 

i went into the pit for the first time ever!!! it is waay less scary than i thought especially of theres lots of ppl in it. at some point people were doing that row boat thing on the ground so i joined in for a few seconds it was crazy awesome. and sometimes we would all go to one side of the hall and then run at eachother at the command of the band omg it was crazy awesome. one of the times i fell to the ground i got my earplug knocked out... everyone helped me up which was lovely... and then when the band that was playing was over i stepped on my lost earplug!!! luck was on my side. luck wasnt on my side when i stupidly kept my dollar store shutter glasses on my shirt first time in the pit n they got swallowed.... but my pal gave me hers so it is ok. truly a gig for the books... or the blogs i guess! met some super cool people and took photos of this awesome girl...met a dude named darby kinda like derby from bully hahahaha.... so so fun.

we went to get kfc later, and we wanted to make sure to get wet wipes to clean our hands. the guy working the window was named dan and it was clearly very understaffed that night (twas around 9:30 pm). approaching the second window we devise a plan to thank him and tell him hes the man... dan... because honestly what a champ for working both windows 

so we do that and then we park to eat our food... and BOOm... about 1 million hand wipes. thank you dan the man you truly made our night. (ill attach a photo later it was genuinely fuvkin insane)

my body is sore and my elbows are bruised but it was alll worth it.
