Este es el segundo libro de la saga Casteel! 

 Aqui la historia continua con Heaven escapando de casa con ayuda de Cal hacia sus abuelos Tony y Jillian Tatterton, que viven en Farthinggale Manor, sin embargo, pronto surge un conflicto con sus abuelos. Su abuela Jillian es demasiado vanidosa y egoísta, mientras que su abuelo, Tony es mucho mas generoso y amable que su esposa pero es excesivamente controlador con la pobre criatura.  La única persona con la que Heaven puede hablar es con Troy, quien vive en una casa detrás de Farthinggale Manor.

Ciertamente Heaven recibe todo lo que desea en términos materiales (ropa cara, una excelente educación y suficiente dinero para ir a la universidad sin necesidad de trabajar), ella todavía está infeliz debido al sometimiento de Tony de que no debe ver a sus hermanos y hermanas. Si lo hace, Heaven dejará de recibir todo apoyo financiero. Ella no intenta ver a Tom y Fanny, pero continúa escribiéndoles cartas y continúa sus esfuerzos por encontrar a Jane y Keith con la esperanza de poder reunirse con ellos nuevamente en algún momento.

 
A pesar de las amenazas ella continua visitando a Troy a escondidas de Tony, el desarrollo de su relación y como se van enamorando poco a poco es genuinamente precioso, es tanto el amor que sienten que deciden casarse imponiéndose ante Tony, yo no soy la mas fan del romance pero ese arco fue tan lindo (,,╥﹏╥,,) pero como este es un libro de nuestra cínica Andrews es OBVIO que las cosas no pueden continuar así de bien, Tony hace literalmente todo lo posible para hacer que esos dos no se casen para un día antes de la boda revelar que Troy ES EL TIO DE HEAVEN, al parecer la madre de Heaven tuvo un encuentro de "esos" con Tony antes de escaparse para irse con el "padre" de Heaven a la montaña ya que este solo era pareja de su madre, no su verdadero padre, aunque este la haya criado como tal (O_O)!  

A este punto a ellos no les interesa demasiado pero como Troy es una persona depresiva con un montón de problemas psicológicos Tony logra hacerlo entrar en un BROTE PSICOTICO Y MI NIÑO SE MATA TIRANDOSE AL MAR EN UN CABALLO (°ロ°) imagínate ver a tu amado morir en frente de tus ojos y observar como el mar se tiñe de rojo por su sangre T~T Dios mío, de verdad es un horror total, Troy le dejo todo a Heaven en su testamento y este la quería ayudar a poder reencontrarse con sus hermanos lo cual termina haciendo.  Regresa a su ciudad natal para darse cuenta que Luke (su "padre") logro salir de la pobreza, tiene una esposa con mas hijos y es dueño de un circo donde es el presentador y todos lo adoran, logra ponerse en contacto con Tom y reunirse con el, al parecer este trabaja con su padre en el circo como payaso y le ruega a Heaven que lo perdone y regresen a vivir todos juntos, ella se niega ya que siente un rencor muy profundo ya que ella solo quiere ver a sus demás hermanos. 

Por alguna razón ella decide teñirse el cabello de rubio y se ve exactamente igual a su madre, ella va al circo de su padre para verlo y en algún punto donde Luke esta haciendo su show con leones ve a Heaven y jura que ve a su difunta esposa entre el publico, lo que hace que salga corriendo hacia ella y los leones se escapen y hagan desastres, Tom pudo reaccionar y lograr detener a uno pero el termina falleciendo a manos del leon igual que su padre Luke :/ literal el libro acaba con Heaven enterrando a su hermano y a Luke y en todo ese proceso se reencuentra con Logan Stonewall quien fue su primer interés amoroso cuando era a penas una niña, el la ayuda y la apoya en todo el proceso doloroso del entierro y demás pasando sus depresiones y literal la ultima linea del libro es "por la dulzura con la que me estaba mirando, tenia la certeza de que seria yo una Stonewall" ok miss gurl.

La verdad si me gusto y me mantuvo super pegada a el hasta el final, si me lo preguntas a mi todo ya quedo en mucha teoría "resuelto" ya que cubrieron todo en lo que puedo pensar y no tengo idea de donde salen tres libros mas, no estoy desesperada por encontrarlos pero si los veo definitivamente los comprare. 9/10

This is the second book in the Casteel series!

The story continues with Heaven escaping from home with Cal’s help to find her grandparents, Tony and Jillian Tatterton, who live in Farthinggale Manor. However, conflict soon arises. Her grandmother Jillian is incredibly vain and selfish, while her grandfather Tony is much more generous and kind than his wife, but he is excessively controlling of the poor girl. The only person Heaven can truly talk to is Troy, who lives in a cottage behind the manor.

Even though Heaven receives everything she could want in material terms (expensive clothes, an excellent education, and enough money for college without needing to work), she is still unhappy because Tony forbids her from seeing her siblings. If she does, he threatens to cut off all financial support. She doesn’t try to see Tom and Fanny, but she keeps writing them letters and continues her search for Jane and Keith, hoping to reunite with them someday.

Despite the threats, she continues to visit Troy in secret. The way their relationship develops and how they slowly fall in love is genuinely beautiful. They love each other so much that they decide to get married, standing up to Tony. I’m not usually the biggest fan of romance, but that arc was so sweet (,,╥﹏╥,,). But since this is a book by our cynical Andrews, it’s OBVIOUS things couldn’t stay that way. Tony does everything in his power to stop the wedding, only to reveal the day before the ceremony that Troy IS HEAVEN’S UNCLE. Apparently, Heaven’s mother had a 'fling' with Tony before running away to the mountains with Heaven’s 'father.' This means Luke was only her mother’s partner, not her biological father, even though he raised her as such (O_O)!

At this point, they don't care that much, but since Troy is a depressive person with many psychological issues, Tony manages to trigger a PSYCHOTIC BREAK. MY POOR BOY KILLS HIMSELF BY RIDING A HORSE INTO THE SEA (°ロ°). Imagine seeing your beloved die before your eyes and watching the sea turn red with his blood T~T. My god, it’s a total horror. Troy leaves everything to Heaven in his will; he wanted to help her find her siblings, which she eventually does.
She returns to her hometown only to find that Luke (her 'father') escaped poverty. He has a wife, more children, and owns a circus where he is the ringmaster and everyone loves him. She manages to contact Tom and reunite with him. Apparently, he works with their father in the circus as a clown. Luke begs Heaven for forgiveness and asks them all to live together again, but she refuses because she feels a deep resentment and only wants to find her other siblings.

For some reason, she decides to dye her hair blonde and looks exactly like her mother. She goes to her father’s circus to see him, and while Luke is performing his lion act, he sees Heaven. He’s convinced he’s seeing his late wife in the audience, which makes him run toward her. The lions escape and cause chaos. Tom reacts and manages to stop one, but he ends up dying at the paws of the lion, just like his father Luke :/ The book literally ends with Heaven burying her brother and Luke. During all of this, she reunites with Logan Stonewall, her first love interest from when she was just a girl. He helps and supports her through the painful burial and her depression. 

The literal last line of the book is 'by the sweetness in his look, I knew I would be a Stonewall.' (im not completelly sure if this line is like that on the og lenguaje, i just translated is as i think it can be) Ok miss gurl.
Honestly, I really liked it and it kept me hooked until the very end. If you ask me, everything feels 'resolved' theoretically since they covered everything I can think of. I have no idea where three more books come from, I’m not desperate to find them, but if I see them, I’ll definitely get them. 9/10.
