Growing up I was always told that nightmares don't exist a few days ago I started having these horrible dreams with I would call nightmares when talking to others for them to say "nightmares aren't real" I choose to say they are, but I'll like other thoughts on that. Do you think nightmares exist?

Your brain just goes all over the place when you're dreaming, and seeing the results gives you such a creepy feeling you bloody well forget that, on paper, they can't hurt you, ""they 'just' mess with your head"". I prefer to look at my dreams like those stress balls that burst when you squeeze them and spew glittery slime everywhere, especially since the only ones I ever remember involve violence. Supposedly, every awful thing that pops up during a rough night's sleep is just a way of venting but they still manage to get on my nerves. The most recent nightmare I had showed me smashing my mum's teeth out
That's honesty a good way of seeing it I feel as if you've changed the way I think about things
