Nobody wants to be genuine friends with anyone anymore, everyone is so caught up with their aesthetic that they really pick you based on looks.. Weirdly its super hard to make alternative friends because they choose you if ur just similar enough which is so lame bc I love making friends with all kinds of people and I pour my heart into these friendships to never get the same thing back :// Not really my fault, just other people I feel have become so desensitized from the internet that people really think about themselves too much

SM = social media. Social media, in my opinion, has made people less social. It makes people act like jerks and say things that would get them punched in the face if they actually said it to someone in physical life. "Social media" should be called "antisocial media."

I agree with you, I believe that half the things people say on the internet they'd never say irl.
But on the other hand comments like that are desensitizing people and that's why people ARE saying things to people irl
