3. Stopped using makeup wipes
So this is probably the most random thing on the list but honestly i'm SO glad I started doing this becauseeeee I no longer have to keep spending money on them (score!) and I have less skin irritation cuz with the waterproof products i've used I had to basically scrub my skin off too. Another perk is that I have to wash my face to get off all the makeup which also makes me lock in so I don't go to bed without a clean face OR teeth because when I wash my face, I HAVE to brush my teeth too (idk why im like this don't ask).
2. Stop paying for spotify premium
This has made SUCH a big impact on my life because number one, I save soooo much money now cuz why does spotify increase their prices like every month and two, I stopped supporting a shitty company. Spotify's owner had put millions into AI military bs and spotify has also run ads recruiting people for ICE. I disagree with both and refuse to put my money into a company like that. Drew Gooden made a super good video abt the music industry and goes over a lot of other things that spotify has done! (LINK) I would tell you here but quite frankly im too lazy plus he tells it so much better than I ever could. So now instead I use an mp3 player so I get no ads and if u think abt it listening to music it totally free like hell yea. Now to support my fav artists I just buy merch and physical media. ALSO if any of my fav bands get cancelled I can listen to their music without giving them moneys. Another thing I do is if I really wanna use it for any reason (convenience, discovering new music, and such) I just use the spotify web player on my computer and use an ad blocker, hasn't failed me yet!
1. learn how to create boundaries and express how I feel
Now I don't have much to say abt this one but it truly had impacted my life the most. Before I would be scared to tell people no or be honest with how I felt just to make others happy. Now it's a few years later and those no longer apply to me and i've really never been happier with how I communicate with others. My genuine fear of speaking up for myself as ruined me as a person, breaking my own boundaries and such but also my relationships. Even though I was making others happy, I was ruining myself and doing things I didn't like or let people just walk over me. That caused a LOT of isolation (a struggle I still wish to get over) and just genuine regret that I didn't speak up for myself. So now i'm so much happier in all my relationships because i'm able to speak up for myself. A skill i'll truly never regret learning
And that's it!! all of these (random) things i've implemented in my life has benefitted me sooo much and honestly, i recommend everyone give these a try (especially the last one). I don't regret a single one of these!

(luv the layout) Yes, I agree with the boundaries part. I feel like I should start creating boundaries as well, but I am fearful of them being disregarded... I hope everything comes out well for you!
tysm!! it took me foreverrrr to figure out this layout LMAO. But honestly, if someone is disregarding boundaries you set they probably aren't someone you want around you in the first place. That's just my experience it could be different for u but i'd keep that in mind!
