parents frustrate me

honestly parents are always complaining that we’ll never be like their generation and stuff or that our generation is so bad and it won’t ever be the same..that’s one thing that really gets on my nerves but another thing is that when we or for example i decided i want to wear clothes or a style that would be more around in the early 2000s and etc you know what i mean like scene, gothic, emo and those styles. like i love scene. and i was telling my mum about it but she gives me dirty looks as if that wasn't popular back then like pick a side! please tell me i’m not the only one. as well i went to the tokio hotel concert and that was so fricking good. i made a few friends and literally had the time of my life
