a fun fact for you guys, d3fection actually tried pitching his platform over on napo first, wayyy back in march. he was upset that napo had managed to get so many users in the span of a week,,, even though it wasnt exacly for the best of reasons anyways (read: two of the former moderators spammed avertisements to the top while the site was a week old). we patched things up, we're homies now, but theres something i find interesting about this site.
while a lot of people moved over to napo due to the abuse of moderation taking place, friendrewind is getting popular now due to the fact that both spacehey and napo are dealing with massive issues. spacehey's moderation went from bad to worse, and pointing this out leads to harassment from the community because they cant handle criticism. napo has had two different moderators go rogue, one of which continuing to harass users and the other spreading false information about the site's team, leading to sarm laying off most of the team. so for a lot of people, friendrewind became the site that they mainly started using, since it wasnt dealing with either issue.
however, before this, it became a refugee site for eitehr people who were banned for stupid reasons and had no desire to join napo (no offense taken, in case you assume such), or people who were banned with good reason from spacehey- ESPECIALLY post-moderation update- and knew theyd get banned off napo much faster.
a good example?
theres a certain someone on here who was banned from spacehey TWICE for racism... he didnt even try joining napo, since he'd get banned as soon as the mods were aware. wanna know where he is now?
(fun fact: i wrote a blog debunking his claims on my napo!!)

Damn when i joined this site i didnt know there was any beef. I was gna join SpaceHey originally but it was invite only and idk anyone one there so i thought id just join this instead since it looked quite similar.
there is no beef with frw. we love it.

about spacehey's moderation
recently i've reported some account that was larping as a stripper, no straight nudity but pretty suggestive
it took them around an hour and a half to remove the account, back in the day it would take them at best ~3 hours so there is some improvement(tho the fact that i still had the misfortune to witness one is still bad)
also, that was the second account that used porn as placeholder, and they both were a girl
like bitch why the fuck would you use that
just outing themselves as long gone gooners
thing is they only take spam seriously. it takes numerous reports to get anything else taken down. i set up this thing (the ostracon) to maybe improve it but like. one of the only people out of FIVE in the spacehey segment who's actually been banned was a spambot. the only other person who got banned was a neonazi.
literally the only thing they care about is spam. im so tired.
