Today I went out and even if it's not something huge Ik it's still something I don't like. I'm scared of going out because I'm scared of being judge or looked at or just if someone Idk talk to me I panic... Ik it's silly and all but it scare me sm to hang out with people and even worst if I'm alone... so I didn't really went out expect when I needed and not for too long. I didn't saw any of my friend for a very long time some for years... BUT I decided to stop that and even if I'm scared I have to go out. So I went out with my music and I liked it tbh. I saw some people and nothing I think I'm going to go outside more often and tbh I even want to go out now but the heat is too much to support 🥲. I underestimated the heat because it was raining outside and now I'm sweating 😭.

As someone with agoraphobia I totally get this 😭😭 but I’m more of so scared of going outside for different reasons. Something that helps me is reminding myself that if I need to leave I have the means to! And something that use to help with my social anxiety is forcing myself to talk to people! I like to compliment those that ‘stare’ at me too long so that if they ARE thinking something bad, they’ll feel guilty because they’ll see I’m a nice person!!
using that to make them feel bad is genius ngl 😭 but let's say my cuty isn't very open minded if a man compliment someone I have more chance of being beat up for acting "gay" x)

Ohhhh I get that :((( then I would suggest listening to music and pretending you’re somewhere else yk? Even if people are looking at you and thinking mean things, at the end of the day no matter what you do or who you are there’s gonna be someone who doesn’t like you yk? Might as well be someone YOU like though!!
