I HATE THIS HEAT. I’m in New York’s and not only was the high 103 degrees a few days ago but yesterday we had a HUGE storm that actually *somehow* SET A CVS ON FIRE??? like it’s GONE. The back end is ashes. Anyway like 3 tree branches broke at my house and the power was out for about 12 hours. The only thing keeping me sane was my fall out boy and MCR cds (also mallrats and the killers) but man was that scary. 80mph winds too. Absolute hell. Power outages mean no ac and no ac means you’re sleeping in your room in 99 degree weather literally BAKING. In pitch darkness. On the forth of July. With no access to internet. Anyway the power still wasn’t on in the morning and only came back at like 9am. Now everything is back but it’s supposed to rain again tonight… wish me luck please

Oh god that sounds like hell. I know exactly how you feel, I remember one summer my family was struggling so much with money that our power was getting shut off so much and it was ALWAYS hot! Not to mention our lack of central ac.... Smh I have to rely on my shitty window unit but it's better than nothing! The sun needs to fucking CHILL this year holy fuck
FOR REAL I cant stand waiting to get it the car after opening the door so my ass doesn’t fry when I sit in it 😭 I love summer but I hate this weather
