okay so i'm starting to think that just because my friends are MY friends doesn't mean i'm THEIR friend. they are all always telling me like "oh we should def hangout sometime" but then the whole friend group will plan to hangout and not invite me also they will all share secrets but not tell me idk I js need new friends ig.

I hear you. I have felt that I haven't had any real friends since I was studying for my undergrad- I graduated in 2004.
I enjoyed having chats with my coworkers, but they were always my coworkers and not really friends. I have always been socially awkward, and, you know what? So what.
Do you feel on their periphery rather than in their circle? What do you think you should do about it?
Also, realize when the relationship becomes toxic. If you feel they are ignoring you, not taking your thoughts seriously, or just taking you for granted, they are not your friends. They are like abusive spouses who hate you but won't let you leave.
