I'm so close to texting my ex friend that was borderline abusive, I know that if I do it will end in me crying and him continuing to prove that I left him for good reason, but I need to talk to someone and I know he'll respond immediately, please tell me not to do it, either bully me or say nice things I just need someone to tell me not to do it

I know I'm late, but hoping you didn't text yet, I will say this. You deserve so much better than someone you know treats you wrong, an immediate response doesn't equal to a good one and if you know you'll regret it, you should protect your peace, hope ur doing well!! ^^
