Finding my mom's Pinterest account

Is like seeing her as a person for the first time

Shes MAGA, racist, overly-religious, homophobic, has been banned off Twitter more times than I can count, and abusive, used to be physically in the past but now that im older she just wears me down mentally

But finding her pintrest account with a board named 'Things I love' and its just filled with cute pics of baby animals has idk reminded me that shes human too, yk? She also had a board named 'To ponder' and one of the first pins was like "18 things mentally strong people do" and just had other sad inspo quotes on it 

She obviously struggles with mental illness but never admits it and doesnt believe in therapy 

And i dont know how i feel right now, I think i love her, shes my mom after all, i just cant help but feel pity for her now. And feel a bit stupid for all the resentment Ive had for her, ugh.
