First day of creative writing class

So, I signed up for a college creative writing class. 

I was hesitant about this class, particularly due to my history of interests completely turned lame from getting education involved. However, my professor was a neat guy, and everyone in the class looked like they actually wanted to be there and learn. That can do a lot for the energy of the class. Really do I hope that this writing class doesn't turn to shit. It sounds extremely interesting. Fitted to my tastes even... Makes me wonder what the catch is.
