freshly home and already pissedddd

So, we got home around 3pm and at 6ish (it's later now) we were discussing plans for the next few days, and one of the things on the list was to buy uniforms for me, and mom asked if I'd be okay going by myself (the place we'll get them is like a 15 min walk away) and I said sure as long as either she or dad gave me the money for it cuz erm I assumed they'd be the ones paying, and then Alice said 'she's got *insert amount of money I will not disclose on the internet* that should be fine' sorry? you want me to use money I got from family/family friends on my uniforms? Am I weird for assuming my parents would pay for school related stuff? Am I supposed to use my gift money? Like yes, I was the one that wanted this but idk isn't it common logic that parents pay for their kid uniforms? idk, I'm gonna cry if I think about this any longer so I'm gonna end this here
