i was thinking about how i tend to socialize on friendrewind, and i use kudos a lot when i dont feel like commenting would give anything on another person's blog post. i also noticed that i interact with people a lot more when someone comments on my post-- so i feel like it would be a nice tool if we could have a feature where we can see who kudos-ed on our post-- and perhaps get a notification. that would be a big advancement, but just an idea of mine.

I think that would get out of hand quick when some blogs will get hundreds of perhaps thousands of kudos some day. People will get alarm fatigue. The site is just getting startted and I already get alarm fatigued from all the "user like my video" notifications.
that's true, and would have a big downside. it would be really overwhelming with loads of notifications-- which is another reason why the kudos system now does still work.

Honestly I feel like Friend Rewind's community is so much more active because of how the kudos system works right now. I feel so much more motivated to actually interact with people than I do on other social media like Tumblr or YouTube.
