i think i'm going to start making an effort again to post more on friendrewind and ribbit or some other old internet style site instead of cozy.talk.
i only like give or take 5 users. everyone else including the admin (yeah. yeah him too.) are so obviously reddit users. now, i use reddit. there is a difference between being a reddit user and a normal person and a reddit user with a reddit mentality.
i just can't stand blue maga. literally the site gives tenderqueer blue maga.

(edit: i'd be willing to bet money that 95% of the userbase thinks decolonial violence is the same as imperial violence.)

Reading the other reply, definitely fair assessment. The left and right are really just two sides of the same coin of hatred. It's like a metronome of "I hate (blank) for this reason" and then "Oh no I am being told off help meeeeeee". Can't say both sides DON'T have good people, but that is every community that have enough people. Hope for a time where all can have a base level of normalcy, whatever normalcy would be in the future.

yes! democrats/liberals are often called blue maga because they often employ the same bigotry and love for american imperialism as red maga. dems and repubs are literally the same and the fact people can't see that really highlights the fact the average american has a 5th grade reading level which def impacts ones ability to think critically
