TW FOR RAPE, SEXUAL ASSAULT

a little over 2 years ago a woman, whos identity is being kept private, went to a fraternity party. at this party she was drugged (allegedly) and raped by SEVEN different fraternity members. seven. one, two, three, four, five, six, seven. maybe she wasnt drugged but she was unable to give consent, and unable to say no. 

these seven men were part of a group chat with FIFTY other men. fifty. where something along the lines of "free pussy" was texted. 

these men are:

 Matthew Ingalls, Johnathan Newell, Winston Lee, Gillio Lopes, Diego Sarabia, Scott Norris and Scott Kretzschm

the woman, "jane doe" filed this lawsuit recently. she was twenty years old when this happened. the school REFUSED to give the parents a refund when she asked for one. she had to STAY ON CAMPUS for the remaining semester after this happened. 

This went uncommented on for TWO YEARS. that may not seem like a lot, but this poor woman had to live every day of over two years with this. 

two of the SEVEN men were expelled, those other were given minimal punishment. none of the other FIFTY men in that group chat received ANY punishment.

"The university conducted an internal investigation and expelled two and subjected the other five to minimal punishment. Meanwhile, the Tompkins County District Attorney found that there was insufficient evidence to support criminal charges."

no one takes women seriously. you get raped? groped? assulated? what were you wearing? what did you drink? what did you say? what did YOU do to enable the interaction. no no no, its not the mans fault, the assulaters fault, that they're a pervy jackass, its YOUR fault because YOURE a woman. 

words cant even DESCRIBE how evil this entire thing is. i hope karma reins down on EVERYONE who failed to serve this poor woman justice. i hope those men rot in jail for the rest of their lives. 

NEVER leave your drink unattended, NEVER go home with someone you dont know, NEVER let your friend go home with someone you dont know, NEVER take a drink from someone.

you can revoke consent at ANY moment. if they do not listen it is THEIR FAULT. 

CONSENT IS A ONE TIME THING. 

the ONLY consent that means yes is a FIRM YES. 

hesitant yes is a NO

a no then a yes is a NO

a pressured yes is a NO

an intoxicated/drugged yes is a NO

NO MEANS NO. 

nobody has the right or ownership over ANYONES body or. YOU do not and will NEVER owe someone your body.
