No, jk. Try taking your mind off him via movies/shows. If you want recommendations, I suggest House or Supernatural. Watching a long show has helped me get over the urge to reach out. It's probably the commitment to it and feeling the need to finish it as fast as possible so I watch a lot of episodes a day, thus not having time to think about him. But that's personal experience, it may not work for you. I wish the best for you and hope you can get past this person, and find someone right for you.
