before I get into this, I want to say that I'm 17 and I've barely gotten into spellcasting or wicca in general (read a couple books, this is my second spell, so obviously I'm no professional). I'm just starting out in Wicca but hopefully witches or just practitioners of the craft can dig this. So far I have found that a spell will come to me when I need it, (so I create them myself, mostly) this one was just the same.
(suggested) ingredients:
- item representing the person you want to heal/make well again. (this could also be yourself) for me, I'm trying this for my mom so chose a CD from her favourite musician and an old music box of hers.
- candle (green or white preferably)
- crystals, primarily ones meaning healing, strength, or calm. anything to repel negative energy and help draw in healing.
- Herbs. This doesn't necessarily have to be a specific set of herbs, I just used a tea bag that I felt reflected my intention

- place all your items in the middle with the candle as the centerpiece. I generally let intuition guide me with this.
- cast the circle or draw it up in whatever way you see fit. I like to pick a color of yarn that goes with my intention and use that as well as the crystals at four corners/cardinal directions to draw the circle up
- meditate or do whatever you need to prepare.
- light the candle and as it burns, picture this person (or yourself) growing stronger or becoming healed from what ails them. Let the candle burn for a few minutes and keep this image in your mind. I put on the CD, then let the candle burn for the first two songs so I could get a stronger picture
- I've written my own incantation for this spell, but it's more on the wiccan side so if that doesn't suit you obviously find or create something that does (I've found some other good healing spells online, so definently seek out other spells and find what works for you).
God, Goddess, hear my plea,
take this pain away from me
with tomorrow's sunrise,
hear my honest cries
take the pain forevermore
renew joy to their core
- release the circle however you see fit. collect all the items and blow the candle out etc etc.

Oooo this is very interesting! I have a lot of like witchy friends and I want to learn some stuff myself so this is really helpful 😭😭 I don’t really know anything about the craft but do you think this could also work as a manifestation spell if I change it up a bit? I’m definitely going to try either way tho !!
