So during lunch and recess time I literally just sit in the bathroom on my phone even tho I technically am not supposed to have my phone but like who am I bothering anyway my mom works at my school and she’s just banging on the stall door and I said I don’t wanna come out and she got really mad about me being on my phone but she’s the one that’s always on her phone to the point I can’t have a conversation with her anymore plus I did this all the time last year IT WASNT A PROBLEM WHO AM I BOTHERING ?!!

In my school during recess break it's fine to have a phone and pretty much everyone is on their phones.
So that's odd and I think it should be fine since you're not using it during class.
